Neo-z is based the idea of a nuclear fallen dystopian future, where humans have prospered and lived in the remaining 13 cities.

Zombies have not been able to take over the cities, thanks to the still standing walls that have been built over years, ever since the outbreak had started. However, there have been rumors of a new kind of outbreak. Sadly they are not like the un-dead we know. Please take caution of these new "mutants". These mutant have their own special classifications based on their unique behaviors and abilities.  Some like people, some like animals, but Nevertheless, powerful. Don't let your guard down and you might just survive.
